Project Title: K-9 Bullet Proof Vest


Project Description

1. Describe the project. What was done, when and where did project activities take place?

Rotary of National City Business Recognition Event was on May 4th at Pier 32 Marina. We provided a check (#3386) to purchase a specialized bulletproof vest for our K9 dogs and any veterinarian support needed.

(National City Police & Fire Foundation, clearing 5/17/2023 in the amount of $1,000.00).

3. Who were the beneficiaries, how were they impacted by this project, and what humanitarian need was met?

National City Police & Fire Foundation K-9 dogs.

Because we were able to provide a check to purchase the K-9 vests, our National City Police Department will have additional support, protection and protect our K-9 while at work.
