The scholar will be studying in a peace and water program led by Oregon State University. It will include studies in Costa Rica and Delft, Holland. Her goal is a career in water management and peace and conflict prevention/resolution. Her studies in Delft begin in December, 2015. Rotarians in four locations are already involved with Christina Welch in helping her in her program.
