A draft copy of the Global Grant Application that was sent to TRF by the Quito Norte Rotary Club is attached to this application. More complete descriptions are contained in that document.

The five systems go to schools and communities with 113 students and 10,645 inhabitants. The backwash system will benefit another 3,000 inhabitants. This Humanitarian project was scheduled to begin by October 1, 2015 and be completed by January 31, 2016. Adjustments to the schedule will be required depending on the date of approval by
TRF. The project will take place in Pichincha, Latacunga and Cotopaxi Provines.

Note: as of July 1, 2015 there is a 5% additional support fee for cash contributions. This fee does not appear in the financials above because it does not apply if the funds are sent directly to the project account (without going through TRF, and therefore without Paul Harris credit). Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.
