Project Description Region: Asia Country: India Location: Part of Tamilnadu Total Budget: $36,000 Areas of Focus: Water, sanitation and hygiene, Community economic development Our District is basically Rural District and Lots of Government schools are opened in this area and government has not provided Hygiene Sanitation for these schools. Our Rotary Clubs are in and around this rural areas and they regularly visit and found this. This year we have adopted 66 Govt Primary schools and converting into "Happy Schools"which should be like private schools. We are providing Safe Drinking water and Hygiene Toilets and with Group Washing system and Teaching them How to wash their hands after Food and Toilet usage. by providing 12 Toilets we will see the changes in 4000 school children. More over Girl students will be back in these school This is our Main objective in this year.
