Acquisition of four units of Mechanical Ventilators in Critical Care Unit of the Hospital São José in Jaraguá do Sul, State of Santa Catarina in Brazil. This hospital serves in specialties such as neurology, oncology, orthopedics, traumatology to all neighbor municipalities and provides assistance to approximately 600,000 inhabitants. The training of 30 people, expenses for preventive and corrective maintenace will be taken over by the Hospital, which makes this project sustainable. The construction of CCU rooms is taking place and will be conclude in September/2016 when we need these equipments. The Club members are involved attending the Hospital specialits to collect datas of number of people and cities which will be attend and quotation of prices.

Official delivery of four Mechanical Ventilators to the Hospital São Jose de Jaraguá do Sul, Santa Catarina, in the presence of the Mayor of the city, Director of the Hospital together with the Board of Directors and collaborators of the Hospital and the Governors of District 4650 (Roque Herdt 2015-2016 and Jaime Visentainer 2016 - 2017) and Club Fellows. The event was reported on the radio and newspapers of the city.

Situation after 6 months of donation:

1 - Occupancy rate: Expectancy=85% - Performed for each of 4 equipment= 95%, 93%, 94%, 89%

2 - Training Utilization: Prediction=20h - Conducted 3h for each of the 20 professionals, becaise of existing similar ones. It was contente review.

3 - Training Mounting and Sterilization: Prediction=10h - Not performed but it is scheduled for December/2017

4 - Preventive Maintenance - Performed on 30 oct.2017
