Clubs Needs of assessment team led by 2015-2016 Governor Canan Ersoz of RID 2430 ınvestigated how best the shortage and/or unavailability of wheel chairs at reasonable prices instead of abnoxiously priced non affordable by all wheel chairs in the market which are available to the disabled. So far the lessons of failure on wheel chairs were
understood to originate due to low income of disableds, manufacturing costs and other much more profitable sectors involved in Welding. It was then found that open jail homes where only very much the first time guilty or who had committed very small guilts.Where only security there is is private security no Gendarmarie , no weapons .These prisoners are being kept doing their professions beforehand or learning new professions among available professions that are available within the open jail home .The mou with the admin of the jail although in small amounts wheel chairs are manufactured and provided to the ones in need and because they are of very good quality and very reasonabbly priced there was a waiting list and to develope higher number of manufacturing wheel chairs line thery needed our backing on raw material where as the training of welders and production will be handled according to the signed MOU.
