The problem addressed by this project is the lack of potable water which children replace by soft drinks or non purified water. This increases the incidence of obese children and gastrointestinal diseasses.
Each school will receive a water purification system completely installed and tested. It will include pre-filters, reverse osmosis membrane, purified water storage tank , pumps and post-filters and valves, also the community will buy purified water from an external dispenser which will sustain the operation and maintenance of the total equipment (inside and ouside equipment) and provide the free water for the students.
The provider will maintain the filters systems of all schools as promised, he will have the 100% of the equipments after 5 years, but since the begining of the project, he will receive an economic return because of the income from the community buying water from the external dispenser of each filter system at schools.
