- Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the community is the first step in planning a project. To seek to know the local problems, the Rotary Club of Itaituba can discover new opportunities to develop humanitarian projects. The current project aims to integrate the communities in rural and urban areas and serve the needy families in care activities medical, dental (tooth extraction), medical consultations with free medication, achievements citizenship activities such as lectures and haircuts , manicure, distribution of clothes, toys, books, food and others.
- At First, the beneficiaries of the project are the poor communities of Itaituba, including two indigenous areas.
- The responsible for the project will be the author of the project, environmental engineer Kauê Morais, Rotarian District 4720.
- If the contributions target is not achieved, we leave for a smaller scale, focusing on just one neighborhood of the city of Itaituba, ie, the project will not open / released for the entire population. because there will be structure or human resources to support such demand.
Note: as of July 1, 2015 there is a 5% additional support fee for cash contributions. This fee does not appear in the financials above because it does not apply if the funds are sent directly to the project account (without going through TRF, and therefore without Paul Harris credit). Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.
