The Department of Pediatrics at the Santa Casa de São Paulo (philanthropic institution), hospital referral center in São Paulo, is in need of upgrade / replacement of equipment such as monitors, respirators, and other materials. The project will benefit approximately an average annual attendance of 50,000 children in the emergency room, 45,000 children attending outpatients and about 3,750 children admitted. All development will be done with the clinical picture of the Department. Pediatrics, Santa Casa de São Paulo, focusing on intensive care unit (ICU) which is composed of intensive care physicians, physical therapists, nurses, technicians, speech therapist, psychologists, social workers - as well as residents and medical students who work 100% time under the guidance of critical care physicians. The due date for this project is June 30rd of 2017 but this project needs an urgency in those equipments for our children. The project cost is U$152.000. We're looking for national and international partners.
