This institution integrates the 3rd level of care in the municipal health system and is a center of high complexity in relation to physical medicine and rehabilitation that carries out a monthly average of 3,100 practices and receives 450 consultations by external clinics opening almost 40 clinical histories.

It provides care for complex pathologies such as strokes, neurological, pediatric and muscular diseases, among others. The therapeutic-prophylactic treatment of the disabling sequelae is hierarchized through the biological application of movement and the use of physical agents such as hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, infrared lamps and magnetotherapy, among others.

It has external offices, gym, heated swimming pool; an own transport system for the transfer of patients without resources, in addition to a department of professionals of different specialties.
