Project Description Region: North America Country: Mexico Location: Guamuchil, Sinaloa Total Budget: $48,017 Area of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment NEEDS: cancer treatments for children and poor families There is a very critical situation in Sinaloa Region about children cancer. This project includes non-profit organizations involves support, financial and information, reaching a huge credibility in the Sinaloa comunnity, cause some of this organizations had more than 20 years working and suporting local hospitals. Our goal is to give or provide asistance, including medicine, surgycal procedures and more to cancer treatment for children, for about $48017 dlls budget, given opportunitty for a lot percentage of children that dont have access to cancer treatment. Rotary club would made a formal agreement whit those organizations to provide "men working hours" from rotary, rotaract and interact members in social interaction and comunitty sensabilization in order to add volunters from our comunitty too, including fund raisisng.
