PROJECT

APAE AND HOSPITAL WITH MORE ENERGY

GOALS:

The costs with electrical emergy is in our country today one of the most significant monthly expenses in the budget of our entities. Our project aims to benefit the entities that most need financial resources in our city; APAE and Nossa Senhora de Fátima Beneficent Hospital. Acquiring two Elevators for Bed Transposition up to 200 kg Electric, which will serve for patients with impairment of their mobility and functional performance and reducing their fixed costs by up to 95% in the electric bill, with the implantation of the photovoltaic system, in both entities. With this monthly savings, they can invest their resources in services by expanding and improving the care of our community.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

 To the Beneficent Hospital Nossa Senhora de Fátima; to acquire two elevators for bed transposition, plus the installation of photovoltaic equipment to reduce by 50% of fixed costs with electricity for at least 20 to 25 years.

 For APAE (Association of Parents and Friends of the Exceptional); implantation of the photovoltaic system to reduce by 95% of fixed costs with electricity in a period of 20 to 25 years.

 3 budgets will be requested and the one that best meets the needs of the institutions will be chosen.

SUSTAINABILITY AND CONTINUITY.

The problem was detected in the community through partners who volunteer within the two entities, plus the finding together with the directors, physicians and patients of the two entities that reported a greater need to reduce fixed expenses with electric energy, this monthly expense in our country very high and indispensable. It is necessary to acquire two elevators for bed transposition up to 200kg, one for each floor of the hospital, to attend patients with compromised mobility and functional performance in geriatric, post-surgical, and progressive patients (muscular dystrophy , multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, osteogenesis imperfecta, spinal amyotrophy, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's) or non-progressive (cerebral palsy, brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, tetraplegia, congenital malformations

ON LIGHT TRANSPOSITION ELEVATORS 200KG

The two bed lifts will be available on each floor of the hospital to allow the movement, transfer and rehabilitation of patients with little or no mobility, ensuring patient and caregiver safety during the execution of these procedures.

1. The Lifts Provider for Bed Transposition will train all medical staff and hospital professionals who will handle the equipment on their floors for proper use and the hospital in the person of Andreia Francescatto Vigniatti will be responsible for maintenance and use equipment by the team.

ON PHOTOVOLTAIC ENERGY.

Rotarians interviewed the APAE and the hospital with the boards and professionals who reported these needs as being the most urgent at the moment, and in the community a survey was made where all agreed with this benefit of implantation of the photovoltaic system the two entities, seen the realization and the knowledge of all with the high costs in electric energy in our country.

2. According to Brazilian legislation Normative Resolution no. 687 of November 24, 2015 of ANEEL allowed the consumers to realize the exchange of the generated energy with the one of the electric network, creating the rules and the system that compensates the consumer by the electric energy injected in the network. When you produce more energy than you have consumed in a given month, this energy goes to the distributor's network and becomes a "power credit." This energy credit is used to cut down your energy consumption in some month so your system produces less energy than you have consumed. In this way it is possible to reduce the light bill by 95%. These credits with the new rules have validity of 60 months to reduce consumption in the electricity bill of the CNPJ ...

Note: Credits can not be sold, only used for contracted cnpj

3. The implantation of the photovoltaic system covers the investment of the equipment within 4 to 6 years and gives the entities an economy for about 25 years with the investment of this solar energy system.

4. Flores da Cunha has apt 3 suppliers for implantation of the photovoltaic system. Both joined forces motivated by the service and spirit of collaboration with the two entities, always lacking in resources, and unanimously decided to make the project to implement this system. The three companies of Flores da Cunha: Vanelli electrical materials, Trento electrical materials and Lumax Climatización, will together develop the project and provide the necessary equipment for the implantation and make part of this social action to the whole community.

5. Training will be given to the entire team of professionals, staff, doctors, and hospital and APAE service providers, with the aim of raising awareness about the adequate use of electric energy so that consumption does not exceed the plan acquired from the distributor .

6. Two individuals from each entity will be trained to follow up, request maintenance if necessary, and read the energy generated to account for the community and Rotary.

7. A community-wide talk will be held, organized by Rotary Club Flores da Cunha and conducted by professionals from the area, with the intention of presenting the project to the community and raising awareness of the environment, showing the benefits of using alternative energies such as photovoltaics for the environment, since this energy is available in abundance, clean, non-polluting nature, renewable, natural, inexhaustible and sustainable and does not generate waste

8. The Rotary Club of Flores da Cunha will form a team of 4 people who will be responsible for monitoring the project, installing and subsequently supervising the use and results of the energy generated and cited in the project.
