THIS PROJECT is to provide health care services to Native Americans living on the Navajo Nation reservation who have difficulty accessing services. The budget is $78,030, which will specifically outfit the mobile clinic with a portable x-ray machine and a portable ultrasound machine. USA funds have been raised from district/clubs, Canadian clubs and Clubs from India.
With this additional equipment through the mobile van-- and additional 3,600 native americans will have access to needed medical services , and between 15000-20000 more visits per year will be able to be conducted.

Total
$78,030
DDF contributions in grey are pending approval of the corresponding district committee.
Note: as of July 1, 2015 there is a 5% additional support fee for cash contributions. This fee does not appear in the financials above because it does not apply if the funds are sent directly to the project account (without going through TRF, and therefore without Paul Harris credit). Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.

Rancho Bernardo /Sunrise Rotary was left out of the grant in a mistake by RI - so no monies will be added by this club and no DDF for this club is necessary from District 5340. Have asked if we could be added into the grant - was told no.
