Santa Casa Araçatuba was founded on March 20, 1927. The creation of the entity resulted from the formation of a group of representatives of the Araçatuba community, with the aim of offering free medical care to the needy patients.
This project has the objective of ACQUIRING A CARDIAC MONITOR AND TWO PULMONARY FANS necessary to attend to the CORONARIAN sector of the Hospital, Neonatal, Pediatric and General ICUs, which have a total of 42 beds with a mean occupancy of 95%. Due to the social deprivation of the region, the incidence of prematurity is high, where the two neonatal UTIs attend on average 35 babies / month. It is necessary, however, an increase and technological evolution of referring equipment to better serve these patients.
Currently Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Araçatuba is a reference for more than 40 cities in the northwest region of the state of São Paulo, which has a population of almost 800,000 (eight hundred thousand) inhabitants, in June 2017.
Obtaining this equipment will make it possible to provide better conditions to the medical-hospital service, resulting in a more effective assistance, seeking to adapt to the technological advances to make available the best for the treatment and well-being of the patients of the Unified Health System - SUS , offering greater quality, safety and agility in procedures. The Hospital will provide equipments maintenance and trainnig the employees if necessary.
