In Tamilnadu more than 3500 schools which is run by the Government are not having adequate sanitation station facilities for the students. This has made more dropouts to eliminate and bring back the kids back the to school, the sanitation stations are necessary. Construction of the station will take place around 6 to 8 months.
The project funds are used to construct the toilet with wash in hand facility. The club members will identify the schools and the entire construction till handing over and training to the teachers, parent teacher association members and the students. However, through the Community Assessment form, the members are identifying the needy schools.
Planning to construct 10 hygiene sanitation stations through this grant.
