Project Description Region: South-East Asia Country: Bangladesh Location: Chittagong Total Budget: $40,000 Areas of Focus: Basic education and literacy, Community economic development View Online Proposal Form a. Muktijoddha Major Mostafa School & College (a newly established institution). Grade VI to XII class for male and female students of 11 to 20 years age. Location: Village- Rajapur, Post: Bamon Shundor Daroghar Hat, P.S: Mirsarai, District: Chittagong, Bangladesh. An under developed, less fortunate and rural based sustainable project. b. Beneficiaries: Absolutely rural, under-developed and under privileged areas of about 15,000 families in and around the localities in the years to come. c. Objective of project: i. Teaching education and literacy subjects as per Bangladesh national curriculum. ii. Imparting training on basic vocational aspects in the field of electrification, fridge/air condition repairing, welding, tailoring/stitching to female students and health/hygiene. iii. Information and Technology of basic aspects. iv. Practicing Spoken English v. Language media: English and Bengali. d. In the coming years about 1000 to 1500 male and female students will be benefitted in continuous institutional process as sustainable one. e. 4 storied building, length 78 feet and width 54 feet, each floor 4,212 sft x 4 = 16,848 sft. It consists of 30 numbers of class room and top floor for convention and assembly hall. This structure made by Rtn PP & President Major (Retd.) Mohammad Mostafa, MPHF. f. Total land area one Acre already donated in the name of institution.
