Project Description Region: Central America Country: Honduras Location: San Pedro Sula Total Budget: $210,000 Area of Focus: Water, sanitation and hygiene Sewage and water treatment plant at Armenta to improve the living conditions of the 4000 inhabitants of the area, also to protect and preserve the watersheds of the rivers Zapotal, Armenta, and Blanco, all of them in the lower part of El Merendon (which is the source of the water of San Pedro Sula).
