Project Description Region: Asia Country: India Location: Namakkal Total Budget: $43,500 Areas of Focus: Water, sanitation and hygiene, Basic education and literacy In Tamilnadu more than 3500 schools which is run by the Government are not having adequate sanitation station facilities, Incinerators, Bench's and desks, Smart Classes, RO Plants and Hand washing stations for the students. This has made more dropouts to eliminate and bring back the kids back the to school, the main basic amenities are necessary. To complete all the facilities in the school will take place around 6 to 8 months. The district grant committee members will identify the schools and take care of the entire work till handing over and training the teachers, parent teacher association members and the students for the usage. This grant will motivate and educate the students to familiarise to use the facility and will develop the new hygienic generation. This grant will take places at 3 locations in Namakkal district. Each school will survey by the team of committee members.
