HAPPY SCHOOL

This project helps to provide infrastructure facilities like updating of furniture for students and teachers and providing modern facilities for education like Computers, projectors, UPS, Smart classes, Library facilities, safe Drinking Water, Toilets for Girls, Incinerators, RO plant 500 Lt capacity and Wash in Schools

These are going to be provided to the selected 3 public schools in and around Salem, Tamilnadu. These schools do not have these facilities due to financial constraints. As such, students from underprivileged communities studying in these schools are denied of much required basic facilities. Many have to sit on floor in the class rooms. Girl students drop out from the school to avoid embarrassment of using public places as toilets and urinals.

They are exposed to frequent infections due to toilet usage and unsafe drinking water. As a result the quality of education suffers. By providing the much needed infrastructure facilities, the students get quality education, which contributes to build their future.

In schools, the Toilets are not in usable condition and always gender segregated and this time we are planning to construct for Girls students. The Toilet will be connected to a Separate Septic System and it will have with pour flush system

As the project is working with schools, there must be training and education included for the teachers and administrators with the goal of building teaching skills and curriculum development for hygiene education. This will ensure current and future students receive continuous and consistent hygiene training during their schooling.

Training: training will be given on economical usage of water, water conservation, waterborne diseases, the ways to protect from waterborne diseases and conservation of the environment

Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.
