a) To improve the cattle-raising practices of the farmers
b) To increase the income from the milk yield to raise the family's economic status
c) To create a permanent support system for maintenance of crossbred cows
d) To develop sound forward linkages for milk producers in the long run for the sale of milk-based products.
e) Apart from the above due to artificial insemination the cattle population will increase exponentially which will
progressively give higher milk yield to help the beneficiaries to achieve a higher standard of living better health
and education of their children.

g) Improve livelihood opportunities of low-income groups through better access to credits and allied investments.
