Due to Government's treatment policy many poor and indigent persons are unable to get the required dialysis treatment to keep them alive. As a result they are sent home to die. Persons at the young age of 29-45 whose economic life can become very successful are left to die due to lack of facilities. The Rotary Club of High Noon wishes to provide three renal machines and beds to a local clinic to allow patients from the poor community to receive this treatment. Cost to patient is free as their costs are subsidised through profits achieved from patients who have medical insurance. In addition to this free treatment a medical insurance cover is taken out for these patients who will have a waiting period of 12 months. After this period they will be able to access any medical facility they wish to.
