This GG is to supply a rural community with clean drinking and household water. Currently the community shares a river bed source with animals and it often contains faeces and is contaminated. We will sink 2 boreholes, erect water tanks which will also be connected to roofs to catch rainwater. and provide each household with a hippo roller to transport water easier. Currently mainly women and young ladies carry buckets of water on their heads. The training will be related to the boreholes, clean water/hygiene/sanitation and also vegetable gardening. We have raised enough funding locally but need either one international partner for $3 000 or two international partners at $1 500 each with these matched 1:1 with the district.
