Project Description Region: South America Country: Brazil Location: Cachoeira do Sul - RS Total Budget: $40,000 Area of Focus: None To train professionally, free of charge, 50 needy people in the community so that they can develop productive work for themselves in order to promote their insertion in the job market, entrepreneurship and income generation. Our Project aims at the professional training of people, taking advantage of the existing kitchen structure in the Community Hall. Courses would be in this order: - Good practices in food handling - Financial management and cost control - Baking course - Confectionery course Initially training of 5 groups of 10 people.
