Through research and conversation with teachers/directors of schools in the municipality of our city, we visited the institutions and identified the need to assist in the quality of teaching/learning, strengthening the use of technology and encouraging reading, providing students and teachers with -being and a more comfortable, attractive, interactive school environment, as well as assisting in inclusive pedagogical practices.
With the funds from this project, we will benefit approximately 431 students aged between 7 months and 10 years old, from nursery, preschool, early years and elementary school.
The Manoel Bandeira School and the Santo Antônio Municipal Child Education Center, in addition to the funds received, have partnerships to meet the most specific needs to better serve their students.
We believe that the equipment (air conditioning, computers, tv's and a library/toy library container) destined to institutions through this project will bring improvements and many students and teachers will benefit, as technology has facilitated both the teaching practice and the of learning. Computerization has changed the functioning of classes in schools that follow its evolution. The best schools have in their classrooms three essential components for good learning: a computer, a digital projector connected to the computer and good air conditioning.
Currently, the ways of learning are based on the use of the internet, the ability to get quick information when you need it. This modernity came to facilitate and give more quality to the teaching/learning process and prepare students for their professional life and the sooner this happens, the better for their development.
Supporting the act of children's reading is an act of love. By providing an attractive environment for reading, we stimulate children's intelligence, making them critical and well-informed. Through children's reading, we sharpen the child's imagination, senses and ability to see the world through colors, letters, images, making reading more pleasurable and forming a potential reader.
Given the above, we believe that this project is relevant for the formation and education of these children.
