Project Description Region: North America Country: México Location: Puebla City Total Budget: $57,870 Area of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment We will buy specialized Medical Equipment to develop Skin Grafts in Children. Children Burn Unit in Puebla is an important reference at a Local and Regional of Mexico City. It attends burned children from the State of Puebla and al the South East of Mexico. The main Goals of the project are: 1. Provide special medical care to patients with necessary biomedical equipment and instrumental. This will avoid sequelae. 2. Caring for pediatric burned patients, reducing the hospital stay length. 3. Improve medical knowledge about skin graft special techniques. Connect medical specialist from mexicoCity and United States with Puebla burn specialists. Develop a Burns Prevention Campaign for the Community.
