Objectives: 1.To provide a 3 semester-scholarship tuition to 25 women and man to complete the nursing program in the FEMAP-Salud y Desarrollo Comunitario de Ciudad Juarez, A.C.

2. To increase the community nursing care coverage by ensuring all 25 students graduate at the end of the Project

3. The 25 students will benefit by having a nursing career that will allow them to have a better and sustainable income for their families.

4. To reduce the shortage or lack of nursing perssonnel in the health area in the community of Juarez city.
