Project funds will be used to provide above facilities. Timeline to complete the project will be 3-6 months.

The host club Rotarians shall be responsible for ensuring timely installation of equipment and timely delivery of supplies. They will also ensure that all the facilities are created at the most cost-effective price. They shall also monitor the measurable benefits of the project.

Besides funding the project International Rotarians shall also be involved in providing their valuable inputs and suggestions on project progress which will be uploaded to them using e-technology and shall also be invited to pay a visit to the facilities that have been created in partnership with their support.
