Project Description Region: Asia Country: India Location: Mumbai Total Budget: $127,166 Area of Focus: None RC Dombivli East has done 3 grants and supported 169 Child Heart Surgeries at Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Centre Mumbai. The current project GG2685888, aims to provide 75 free child heart surgeries at Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Centre for Child Heart Care, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. These surgeries will benefit children from economically poor and marginalized families who are unable to afford the cost of life-saving procedures. The project will include diagnostics, surgery, and post-operative care. Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Centre for Child Heart Care was chosen as the implementing partner because of its proven expertise, advanced infrastructure, skilled medical team,and inclusive philosophy of providing free pediatric cardiac care to all children, regardless of background or financial status. We will complete the surgeries by End of May 2026. Project funds will support the expenses incurred by the hospital in performing the treatment and the surgery. The child will get new lease of life. The Host club members will manage the funds and coordinate with the Centre and the International Partner and supporting clubs for visits to families and project activities.
