A local training center in Itezhi-Tezhi which provides vocational training needs sanitation and water upgrades to function as a recognized adult education center. This will involve upgrading the water storage and purification systems associated with the 2 borehole wells, providing 4 septic soakaway systems to protect groundwater and the river water, building two 3 block toilet units, with 3 handwashing stations, one for males, one for females, building two 2 toilet, 2 shower with 3 hand washing stations, one for males, one for females. This will meet the Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority (TEVETA) sanitation and hygiene requirements, allowing the center to provide training and diplomas to local rural students who could not otherwise access training.
