The current unemployment rate among youths in Bangladesh continues to grow. The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS)in 2010 show that 40% youth between the ages of 18 -28 are unemployed, males 20% and females 28%. The project is a job creation program which will provide entrepreneurial skills to 1500 students and youths in Pabna to start a business and hire an average of 4 others to become business owners who are the main creators of jobs for the private sector. A team of 5 Rotarians teach seven days seminar using a curriculum and will provide students with a copy of the curriculum.
