Matching Grants - "Viva the Life" Organization
Dear fellow Rotarian, we are looking for a partner to help the institution "Viva a Vida - Piracicaba", a nonprofit public organization purpose with help of 40 volunteers.
Develop a work of aesthetic, physical and emotional rehabilitation directly oriented by women with mastectomies.
Provides human and material support specific by each case, through meetings, home and hospital visits, besides contacts by phone or mail.
Is affiliated of "International Union Against Cancer" following the program "Reach to Recovery".
Detected difficulties in acquire mammary prosthesis and known how important it bring back female self-esteem the Rotary Club of Piracicaba - Paulista decided acquire these prosthesis and hope that your Rotary Club accept to help us in this project.
We have a specific list of items, types, models and values of prosthesis that we can send when prompted, but we present a summary of quotation of all stuff necessary.
The entity in charge of the all the material is the organization "Viva a Vida", an entity with more than ten years of tradition in Piracicaba city and region, treating victims of cancer.
The responsible of the organization "Viva a Vida" also signed a Term of Responsibility for all the stuff that the entity will buy with the Matching Grant.
