Project Description Region: South America Country: Colombia Location: Cali Total Budget: $114,440 Area of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment View Online Proposal Form This project will equip a High Technology Rehabilitation Center in Cali, Colombia, serving 1,200 children and adolescents per month with cerebral palsy, autism, and neuromuscular disorders from socioeconomic levels 1, 2, and 3. Therapies include robotics, virtual reality, and bionics. Foundation IDEAL has already invested USD $577,000 of their own resources over 6 years â€" the project is 85% complete. Grant funds will be used to purchase prioritized biomedical equipment (Woodway Lokostation 55 and Guldmann GH3 ceiling lifts).
