Oum el Nour is a Lebanese non-profit non-governmental. It is committed to serving individuals through helping them overcome their addiction, in order to attain a healthy society.

Oum el Nour perceives drug addiction as an extensive problem and strives to set up programs to welcome, guide, rehabilitate, accompany, and follow drug addicts. In addition to prevention programs, it works on building a skilled staff that applies the latest scientific tools and methods, and adapts them to the Lebanese society's specificity.

This is achieved through a genuine spirit of interaction, communication, and sharing with all the parties concerned on both the regional and international levels.

The needed machinery are expected to serve in the rehabilitation center for 7-8 years, all the inhabitants of the center would benefit from this machinery. This is one of the major reasons the project was considered, because of its prolonged sustainability.
