Pro Debiles Auditivos is a non profit organization to help hearing impaired, poor children. A new regulation of the local educational authorities states that these children shall continue their study in regular schools. PDA has prepared for this purpose a transition program to guarantee the integration of 50 hearing impaired children into the regular scools. Schedule for the program is 6 months, the funds will be used to cover the costs of the interdisciplinary team in charge of the process and facilitate the integration of the students in other local educational institutions in Medellín.
