Project Description Region: Asia Country: India Location: Jaysingpur Total Budget: $42,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Our Club is celebrating its Golden Jubilee this year. To commemorate this celebrations,we are planning to donate 1200 school desks to around 10 schools in our area. We have many unaided schools in our area and a large number of them do not have adequate school desks to house their students. In order to focus on Basic Education & Literacy program of Rotary we propose to assist these schools with school desks and try to present better environment for young ones to attend school. We feel that this project could mean Creating A new & Better Generation.
