The state of Jammu & Kashmir in India is poor, rugged, militancy infested with vast far
flung areas, inhospitable and accident prone terrains, victims of man - made and natural
disaster often succumb to their injuries due to lack of conveyance to shift them to Hospital.
In addition in far flung & rural ares newly born babies face a very high mortality rate due
to non availability of incubators in the hospitals , millions of new born babies die annually
within twenty four hours of their birth in India. In view of the above three nos of
ambulances , Fully auto blood Cell counter and Twenty incubators are proposed to meet the
exigencies elucidated above.
