Unstability in Agriculture sector has never been an established profitable business in Turkey.And lack of employement opportunities in Industry has never been an alternative for the seasonal workers in agriculture.The current migratory living condititons still continue with the harvest time of produce for example cotton is hand picked in Turkey that means there are 2 months of work opportunity in September and October.Then comes the satsuma picking work in November and December and they move like 500 miles to the west coast of Turkey.And then comes clementines and grapefruits picking work in January and February and they move 500 miles to the east coast of Turkey.Throughout the year they can find 10 months of uninsured,no social security, very low daily paid jobs but without a daily job gurantee.2013-2014 rate of pay they had got was 18 dollars a day for 10 hours of work time
per day.No food given by farmer or the employee.And life for majority as the work required mıgratory was in basic primitive tents.This tradition is needed to be switched into new business fields.This begin with educating children and women how to read and write in the schools who go on holıday during summer perıod but ready to be opened incase such activity is organised within school teachers and the admin through the local Government officials in the city according to TR state legislations.The rennovation of the school toilets will be implemented for hygiene school toilets and training of the children on hygiene.With the Rotarian participation of members voluntarily as we have gained the experience in past,we will also be in a position to provide and train ladies on early detection of breast cancers.1. 3. Provide 4 blocks of toilets. two for girls and two for boys; each block to contain five privacy urinals and two toilets.
