Project Description

Region: Asia

Country: India

Location: Anantapur

Total Budget: $47,000

Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy

There are children around the District head quarters with higher education facilities which the rural towns do not have, the children walk long distances to catch a public transport to reach the institutions to pursue their studies.as the distances are far the drop outs are many, due to the stress and strain, including the safety especially with Girls

It is proposed to encourage the Girl child who have completed their 10+ grade and want to pursue their higher Education by providing with a cycle to reach the college which is less tedious and safe.
