A Polyclinic run by Ramkrishna Math caters to a large segment of under privileged section of the Urban Poor, mainly slum dewellers and Senior Citizens of lower economic strata of the society.Said Polyclinic envelops various departments viz. Eye, ENT, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Pathology, X-ray, USG, Dental, Homeopathy, etc. Needless to mention, that patients are served at charitable rates. Team of dedicated doctors, nurses, and staff helps us to serve patients. Thousands benefit from the same. The Polyclinic needs A perimetery machine and OPG machine for its Ophthalmology and Dental departments.
Presently they have to refer patients for OPG and Perimetery either to private or trust hospital, which exerts heavy financial burden on poor and needy patients. If they can have said two machines they can serve at a very competitive rate, which could be a relief to needy patients.
The project is intended shall be completed in 2 months time once the funding is available.
The project funds will be used to buy Orthopantogram and Perimetry.
Host Club members are involved right from identification of need of the community and also monitoring of the project during implementation stage and monitoring that the benefits is made available to the needy.
