ce projet concerne l'équipement en outils de fabrication d'appareilles orthopédiques et les matières premières pour les chaussures orthopédiques et les membres supérieures.

la dotation à suffisance des matières premières facilitera l'accès des personnes handicapées à l'appareillage qui jusque là est un problème à cause des cout trop élevé des appareilles.

la vétusté des équipements en ai aussi une raison des difficultés d'accès à l'appareillage.

les personnes handicapées constitue une couche très vulnérable et généralement très pauvre.
