The project objective is to develop concrete actions in the community served by the Residents Association FUNCAP neighborhood aiming to reach 500 families and 1,300 residents. The center of the project is to establish a community vegetable-garden on land provided by the City. This garden will serve 25 families at a time, on a rotating basis, aiming to improve nutrition, promote healthy habits of health and hygiene. Additionally, will be mounted at the Association headquarters a training room containing computers (two students per computer), desks etc where rotarians and contractors courses minister training about: Control Accounts, Cost Analysis (household and small business budget), Computer and others. Part of the water needed for the vegetable-garden will come from rainwater storage.
