Dharan hosts BPKIHS which provide medical treatment for a mass majority of people in eastern Nepal. This hospital also provide treatment facilities for people with HIV and infections. The hospital has done great effort for providing medical facilities to Patients. Treatment for HIV patients is free here, even more from the government's policy.The Municipal AIDS Coordination Committee (MACC) has recently honored for this effort. This hospital has limited resources from government grants and limited fee from other patients. The HIV patients need special and readily available equipments for hemodialysis, endoscopy, and other equipment for saving lives of these patients. The Rotaract Clubs of town are involved in the MACC and provide support in regular activities. The club has decided to raise fund to purchase equipment to provide good care for HIV patients. The cost for all equipments is around 100,000$ details of equipments will be provided by mail.
