 The Rotary Club of Rio de Janeiro Maracana and the Rotary Club of Rio de Janeiro Rio Comprido, District 4570, with participation of foreign Rotary Club(s) and/or District(s) intend through resources from The Matching Grants Program of The Rotary Foundation to supply with furniture and educational toys the local APAE branch (Association of Parents and Friends of Mentally Challenged Children).
APAE assists 700 children affected by the Down syndrome with medical and psychological treatment and preparing them for social life and work. |
