WATER PROJECT OF COMMUNITY “ BRISAS DE ORIENTE “ TEGUCIGALPA HONDURAS C.A.

The objective of this project is to equip with water to the Brisas de Oriente community , located 25 km of the city of Tegucigalpa, Honduras C.A.with an estimated population of 1000 children and 1200 adults Frequently the infantile population are themselves forced not to attend classes due to the unhealthiness that face in their school, reason the specific need of the community is the provision of potable water, also it looks for to have impact in the social development and improves of the quality of life of the population and in addition to improve the conditions of environmental health. –

The borehole which will be drilled and constructed will be connected with pipes to water tank reservoirs with a capacity of about 10,000 gallons of water and. Water will be pumped into the reservoir and then distributed to the community for a minimal fee in order to self finance water treatment chemicals, repair works and maintenance of the facility.

THE PROJECT COST

Approximated total cost of the project is of US$ 53.239,03, of which 10% correspond to physical works and the rest to equipment and materials, materials vegetative, consumptions and Qualification.
