in the process of being moved to the Global Grants Website.

The grant will be used to purchase sewing machines which will be given to the youths and women for self economic empowerment with a view to alleviate poverty thus improving their standards of living. There is a high school drop out rate due to lack of school fees, early pregnancies for the girl child and widows arising from the HIV/AIDS scourge, (most are women and single parents taking care of the children. Apprenticeship/Vocational trainning is a solution to this problem and currently the sewing machine costs approx. USD100.
