 Buwaiswa Orphanage is some 60 kms north of Jinja, near the town of Kamuli. It cares for 72 orphans. There are 111 students at the vocational school at the orphanage, all youths aged 15—20. In addition up to 3,000 people in the community will have access to the water from the borehole. The tank will store water for the use of both the orphanage and the vocational school.
This project will assist in improving the sanitation of the orphans, vocational students, staff of both institutions and the local community. |
