The rural community in Mwelo Subcounty desire to provide ideal education for their children but lack the financial resources to engage in meaningful economic activities. Efforts to engage in farming has not helped due to poor inputs and resources. Their is need to assist the community (who have come together as a group-Mwelo Rural development project) with finances to enable them engage in income generating activities like poultry farming which will help them to realise income and take children to school for a better future. They will in addition be able to meet other basic needs like better shelter and health needs hence better living conditions.
