Upgrade Of Medical Center

$40,400

Our Club, Rotary Club of Bombay East (chartered in 1955) already has a Medical center which is managed by the Club and by a Trust. Approximately 30,000 (thirty thousand) patients from Bombay's suburbs, mostly from low income group, are already utilizing the facilities annually.

To keep pace with technological developments, we plan to purchase of the following equipment for the medical center:

1. X-Ray Unit

2. Dental Chair and related equipment

3. Physiotherapy equipment

As a result of this, both existing as well as new patients at the Medical Center will get better facilities. Due to improved efficiencies in use of equipment, we can also target at least 25% more patients annually.
