The project seeks to alleviate water scarcity as well as contributing to the provision of access to safe and clean water to the community that includes a primary school and a health center through its self-help women’s association, “Gulama Widows’ Group” by providing rainwater harvesting facilities.

The key Group is an Association of widows whose husbands have fallen victim to AIDS, but determined to improve the life of their community.
