Sir Ganga Ram Hospital is situated in the heart of city, close to main artery of Lahore (Shahra-i-Quaid-iAzam) and Punjab Assembly in Pakistan. Already surrounded by thickly populated area the hospital not only caters to western and southern part of the city, but also provides services to the areas of adjacent districts of Lahore. In view of its distinctive status, it has the busiest medical and surgical departments headed by highly qualified staff of three professorial units. The sanctioned bed strength of the hospital is 700, but the average number of admissions usually touches the figure of 800. The hospital mostly caters for poor and underprivileged class.
A new cardiology floor is established through generous donations of different private donors due to shortage of funds by the Government. Cardiology Department needs different items to become operational. Keeping in view the high prices of required equipment and disposable items, Rotary Club of Lahore Shaheen is unable to complete this project through club resources and looking for financial assistance of International Rotary Clubs.
Rotary Club of Lahore Shaheen wants to provide items such as Infusion Pumps, ETT Machine, ECG Machine, Refrigerators, Wires for temporary pacemakers, Mobile BP apparatuses, Weighing Machines and adult size disposable venturimask etc to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (Cardiology Department). |
